At Riyova Jewelry, we take pride in offering 100% waterproof, tarnish-free pieces crafted for everyday wear — from the shower to the sea. Each piece is backed by our Lifetime Color Warranty on all gold and silver jewelry. If your piece ever fades, you’ll receive a free one-time replacement — no questions asked.*

*Lifetime Color Warranty excludes Iron Alloy and Copper Alloy items.


🛍 Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order.
To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


💎 Defects & Damages

If your jewelry arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll quickly arrange an exchange or replacement.
Damage claims made after 72 hours may incur additional fees.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  3. Gift cards

Need a different piece? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.


🌍 EU Customers

Orders shipped to the European Union are eligible for a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing cancellation or return within 14 days of delivery — no justification required.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.

    If irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact us — return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
